DONT LOOK BACK Players Hub

Not a character roster — choose how you survive: avoid threats or fight back.

Players Hub

The Players Hub for DONT LOOK BACK is about playstyles, not unlocked heroes. Manul Studio’s pre-alpha fantasy is simple and brutal: loot by day, endure a random night threat set, and see dawn. How you answer danger — hide or contest — defines your kit, your pass priorities, and even which map feels fair.

Playstyle pages

Stealth

Avoid-first survivors. Soft footsteps energy, flashlight discipline, objective efficiency, and knowing when not to shoot. Best friends with Stronger Flashlight, Stamina Boost, and Scrap Insurance. Read this if guns feel loud and nights feel unfair.

Fighter

Fight-back survivors. Angle holding, ammo mindset, callouts, and choosing Peacemaker / M16A4 / M82 only after fundamentals. Still must respect random modifiers — ego peeking is not a strategy.

Why this is not a character database

Some Roblox wikis track units or classes. DONT LOOK BACK markets a shared survival sandbox: scraps, objectives, sell/buy loops, then night pressure. Your “build” is inventory + passes + habits. For shop math see game passes and pass tiers. For gun fantasy see weapons tiers.

How to pick a lane

  1. Die mostly because you never saw the threat → start stealth + flashlight.
  2. Die while already aiming → study fighter positioning and night prep.
  3. Die broke → fix day loop via Getting Started before buying M82.
  4. Die confused on layout → train on maps tiers starting with Redwood Road.

You can hybridize. Many duos assign one stealth scout and one fighter anchor. With up to 22 players, noise multiplies — agree on rules before dusk using Survive the Night.

Shared fundamentals for every style

  • Day: loot scraps, finish objectives, sell, buy gear
  • Night: new threats — avoid or fight — survive to dawn
  • Controls reminders sit bottom-right in-game
  • Expect loud audio, flashing lights, jumpscares
  • Pre-alpha means habits > FOMO; track changes on Updates / pre-alpha

What we will not invent

  • Fake legendary characters or secret classes
  • Code-only skins presented as roster unlocks (Codes Hub is empty for a reason)
  • Script “player ESP” as a legitimate style (scripts safety)

Pick a style page, kit for it, then let dawn decide if your theory was real.

Session planning by style

Before you queue, pick a primary style for the night even if you hybridize later. Stealth sessions emphasize early sells, light discipline, and pre-placed flee nodes from night prep. Fighter sessions emphasize ammo checks, doorway anchors, and clear shoot or don’t-shoot rules.

If your group disagrees, split objectives: stealth players finish quiet tasks while fighters hold a known reset room. That division beats five people independently reinventing the wheel when the threat table rolls something ugly.

Progress without a character roster

Your unlock tree is knowledge: map routes, threat tells, shop prices, and pass priorities. Track those with tier lists, updates, and honest codes / scripts pages that refuse to invent shortcuts.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for DONT LOOK BACK players.

Are there unlockable characters in DONT LOOK BACK?

This hub covers playstyles (stealth vs fighter), not a character gacha roster. Your loadout and habits define how you play.

Can I switch between stealth and fighting?

Yes. Many survivors stay quiet early, then fight only when cornered. Read both style pages and adapt to the night roll.

Which playstyle needs game passes more?

Both benefit from flashlight and stamina. Fighters lean into weapon passes later; stealth players often prefer insurance and hotbar.

Where should absolute beginners start?

Start with Getting Started and the stealth page, then Survive the Night. Add fighter habits after you can finish day loops calmly.
